The villa rental company and the villa owner require  everyone has insurance coverage.  We have secured trip insurance to cover unforeseen potential interruption or cancellations.  It is a strong suggestion and a generally good idea that each traveler secure medical/trip insurance.  

When traveling internationally, we have used Kansas City based April Greig to secure this coverage.  April is great to work with and has many insurance resources to provide travelers coverage.  It is not tremendously expensive and something you should definitely consider.  (April.greig@outlook.com)

 May is said to be a perfect time for Tuscany.    Daytime temps in the 70's and 80's.   Looking the same dates in 2025, temps were in the 80s and even got to 200 in mid June.   Perfecto!

In order to arrange the proper resources and nail down final cost, we need to know who and how many will participate in each event.   This will need to bed to be done 60+ days in advance.   Look for us to reach out around March 2, 2026 and get everybodys thoughts and commitments.

In the Itenerary section we have outlined what is covered as part of your trip.  Hopefully, we've made it clear what is not covered and will be expected from you.  

Also, there will be several instances where tipping will be appropriate.  The villa staff, drivers, guides, waiters, etc.   Euros are the preferred cash option.
